Core Values & Goodies

Core Values For WFH / Online Business Success

Throughout the MSNM blog, you will find that we place a big focus on personal development.  Being a successful entrepreneur and finding true contentment in our lives starts with an internal transformation which leads to outward victories.  Here are a few of the core values and beliefs we will revisit often:
  • Help And Empower Others First - When you focus on helping and empowering others, the feeling of accomplishment is overwhelming and, in turn, we are empowered.  At every opportunity, consider how your offerings can enrich lives, make things easier, share valuable knowledge, and the like.  This is the secret few businesses have mastered.
  • Unify Under A Belief System - Every team member and supporter has to subscribe to a single belief system.  You don't have to agree on everything but there needs to be a set of core values or principles that unify you.  This belief system is more important than any selling system or tools you can acquire.  Tactics and strategies constantly evolve but beliefs give us stability and consistent results.
  • Dream Big And Set S.M.A.R.T. Goals - Dreaming big means much more than imagining great riches and cool things you can buy with your new-found wealth.  Dream in terms of people and your impact to the world.  Think about how you can touch your family, your community, and beyond.  Once you get your dreams to the point in which they are unique and specific, almost tangible, set goals.  The S.M.A.R.T. system is a proven approach to consider.  Make sure goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound for best results.  Loosely-defined goals do not keep us accountable and driven enough; thus, they may never be completed.
  • Failure Is Giving Up - There is no failure bigger than giving up when you are on the verge of a major break-through.  If you give up on a venture, make sure you do it for the right reasons.  Maybe you lack passion or do not truly believe in what you are doing.  Those are good reasons.  Giving up because it is hard or your friends don't believe you will succeed..  Those are bad reasons.  We recommended reading "The Dip" by Seth Godin.
  • Break Free Of Materialism - Warren Buffett to be one of the five richest people in the world yet he lives the most frugal, humble lifestyle of any wealthy person.  His philanthropist is what has made him such a great success.  Since he never focused on material things, now he and his family will never go without.  What a truly inspiring example to follow!

Why I Love Motor Club of America (MCA)

I love the Motor Club of America product and have already used it for discounts on car rentals so I know it works.  Look at all the things included with membership!  AAA may be more well-known but MCA clearly provides the more comprehensive coverage.
